1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details

2. Delivery Timeline

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout

AURIQUE reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through:

  • SMS
  • WhatsApp (if available)

Customers can track their shipment using the courier tracking link provided.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur.

AURIQUE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect customer information

If your order appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Mobile number
  • PIN code

AURIQUE will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept tampered packages if visibly damaged
  • Record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the package
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

8. International Shipping

Currently, AURIQUE may only ship within India.

International shipping availability may be introduced in the future.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected PIN codes and order values.

AURIQUE reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.
